Group Workout

Group workouts can be held with 4 or more players. This type of training is great to promote that competitive nature within. During a group workout, we’ll put together a plan of attack that will help each player build their skillset. Every session will have a purpose and will force players to be engaged from start to finish. If you don’t plan on being there to get better, do not come.

Individual Workout

Individual workouts are held with only one player. This type of training is tailored more for players who aren’t ready to compete with a group. All of the same skills will be taught from an Individual session to a Group session, with the only difference being no scrimmage time at the end of a workout. Both the Individual and Group workouts are going to push players to bring out their absolute best.
